Summertime wedding at Rancho Las Lomas with Scott Nelson Photography and Kevin Covey

Rancho Las Lomas is one of our favorite wedding venues. Tucked away in Silverado Canyon is this wonderful place with gorgeous photgraphy locations for Scott Nelson and perfect backdrops for Kevin Covey to orchestrate an amazing experience.

Our bride started her day at the Hyatt Huntington Beach with DV Lauren for her hair and makeup. They took some classic shots at the hotel before heading over to Rancho Las Lomas.

The whole bridal party had airbrushed makeup which was perfect for a hot summer day. The makeup stays beautifully and does not melt off from the heat of the long day.

Flower girls love to feel part of the big day! We offer a special service for girls under 10, hair and an age appropriate makeup, usually some blush and gloss.

Pure Love Photography, Wedding Hair and Make-Up at Rancho Las Lomas

Sometimes the DV Girls get the opportunity to do bridal photo shoots. The fun part of that is we get to choose the hair and make-up and are able to glam it up more than many brides feel comfortable wearing on their wedding day. This is my favorite shot of the day. We love a little country chic in the OC!

 

This was a crazy day of three different photo shoots in one day. I have to thank DV Ella, DV Jen and DV Lauren for all the talent they put into this day. Pure Love Photography was on site for all three as well. Design Visage goes “Green” at Rancho Las Lomas and Barnet Photography

Our bride Jamie went “green” with her spring wedding at Rancho Las Lomas. Photographed beautifully by Barnett Photography. 

DV Emmalee gave Jamie a natural bridal hair and makeup look to compliment the “Green” theme and rustic location at Rancho Las Lomas. Her hairstyle looked effortless half up half down and her makeup was light and airy.

Rancho Las Lomas/Casey Larae Photography/Wedding Hair and Makeup

I love digital photos…...Design Visage did Heather’s wedding  just over a week ago and the wonderful Casey Larae sent these amazing images of our stunning bride.

It does not hurt that Heather is beautiful and has an great sense of style. Paired with Design Visage Lauren…this is a hot look.

Wedding hairstyle:

Heather chose that ever so popular side style. Design Visage Lauren outdid herself on this one. First she curled all Heather’s hair with a 1 inch iron. She added some clip in hair extensions for fullness. She then created a base by putting part of Heather’s hair in a rubber band to the side. The final touches were adding the rest of the hair in loose pieces around the base, leaving lots of hair out and tousled.

Wedding Makeup:

Heather has that bold style and it shows in her choice of wedding makeup. Lauren helped Heather create a sexy smoky eye with shades of grey and gold, topping it off with red lips. Heather looks amazing.

As you know if you read our blog, Rancho Las Lomas is one of Design Visage‘s favorite wedding locations. Just look at all the photo opportunities, along with one of the most romantic settings in the O.C…..and you get to work with one of my favorite wedding peeps Nili of Rancho Las Lomas
