When Jennifer came to Design Visage for her wedding hair and make-up preview…we immediately hit it off. We had a lot in common, both our others are from Europe. Jennifer currently lives in Germany and I have lived in Italy. If you are an American and have spent time in another culture…actually living, you have much to laugh about. This is how Jennifer’s preview went. Fun times.

Jennifer is such a beautiful girl, not just on the outside. Just the few hours I got tot meet her you could tell that she is a warm and kind girl, that is very much in love. I was very excited that Becker was the photographer, we go way back and I can always count on consistent great photos. The wedding was located at the Huntington Beach Hyatt. This is a stunning location.

I love this photo, it was actually taken by Brian Khing who also shot photos for this wedding….I will do another blog with his take on the day tomorrow……so this is the famous Becker with the lovely bride Jennifer at the Hyatt Huntington Beach.

Wedding Make-up:

• Jennifer is not afraid of make-up so Michelle the Design Visage artist worked with smoky charcoal blue contour on the lid….
• a dark dark brown black liner all over the top lid and part under….smudged with shadow
• lots of  lashes…..Michelle used med size individual lashes all across the lid
• soft lips and cheeks….this is to show off the smoky eyes.

Wedding Hairstyle:

• Jennifer has long lovely hair and wanted it to look very natural
• Michelle set Jennifer’s hair with a 1″ iron and let it set
• when her hair was completely cool and ready, Michelle let out the set and ran her fingers through it for a soft curl
• She softly pulled the sides back and pinned them, including the terrific silk flower
