Bridal Beauty at the Carondelet with Kristeen LaBrot & One Love Photography

On a hot August day DV Dana made her way to the Ritz Carlton LA Live to get Elna ready for her big day! Kristeen LaBrot orchestrated this intimate affair at the unique venue, Carondelet. Jennifer at One Love Photography captured the fun moments and intricate details.

Laguna Cliffs Resort with Gavin Wade Photographers and Ruth Wang

I blog often, maybe not often enough, and see so many photos of our gorgeous brides! Today I had a hard time narrowing down my favorites of this beauty. Gavin Wade photographers did an amazing  job of capturing the love on this August day. At the Laguna Cliffs Resort, Ruth Wang orchestrated a fabulously ruffled affair.

DV Jen arrived in the afternoon to give the bride a classic, natural look that would carry her from the hot summer afternoon into the sizzling evening.

*Gabrielle’s hair was pulled back effortlessly into a low bun with just enough height to show off her beautiful face.

*The perfect accent was the simple flower she picked out from B Bride at our Costa Mesa location.

*Her makeup was natural looking although with the perfect coverage and flawless finish. The eye makeup was cool with a light smoke that looked amazing in color and black and white photography.

Summer Love at the Ayres Manhattan Beach with Figlewicz Photography

Saturdays in July mean that wedding season is in full swing and what a beautiful day it was to spend in Manhattan Beach at the Ayres. Figlewicz Photography captured the beauty of the day and the party well into the summer night. 

DV Dana arrived bright and early to the Ayres in Manhattan Beach.

Josie asked for an intricate up-do for her bridal hair style.

 

DV Dana made Josie’s makeup classic yet modern with a hint of color.

Josie chose a partial crystal headband that featured an accent piece on one side. 

Even as Josie danced the night away her hair and make up looked amazing! Thanks DV Dana!

Sunny Saturday at the Ritz Carlton with Barnet Photography – Coordinator, Champagne Taste

April showers can bring the beautiful Southern California sunshine and it did for this East coast couple! Nicole and Jason were married at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel. The day was orchestrated perfectly by Paula Laskelle of Champagne Taste and Barnet Photography captured every lovely moment.

  • Nicole chose a half up hairstyle. DV Dana curled all her hair and set it for about 1/2 hour to make sure the curl would hold. She the let it out and gently finger brushed it out while adding hiegth to the crown with a bit of back combing and a few sturdy bobby pins.
  • DV Dana started with a light mist of airbrush foundation followed by rose lips and cheeks. For N
