We feel close to Venice, since she visited Design Visage many times prior to the wedding for facials and extra beauty services.

 Bridal Hairstyle:

Venice chose such a flattering and fun hairstyle and her Design Visage Artist Heather created the best do! This style is easy…especially if you have beautiful hair like Venice (don’t fret…we can add extensions if you have fine hair like I do!)

• First Heather curled and set all of Venice’s lovely locks
• Finger brush the cooled curls and pull to the slight side in a loose pony.
• The bangs…very important part..a side part with a bit of hairspray and a good iron to keep them in place…but soft. This entire look is soft..romantic
• Lastly the finishing touch a feathery flower from Bridalmode…just perfect.

Wedding Make-Up:

• Eyes were created with a coppery brown contour and a charcoal liner..interesting combination but it works and well
• lashes lashes lashes
• lips and cheeks are called sweetie..perfect name for a rose tone
• gloss gloss gloss

Wow look at Mom…..

This photo is amazing…was this to show off the perfect purple shoes…or was Venice having fun, or the idea of Amy Squires Photography…who ever, I think you will see many brides copying this pose.

Heather, Kim’s Design Visage artist styled her hair in the stunning low, loose updo, with a soft bang…Kim loves long lush lashes, so thats what Heather did with a defined eyeliner and smoky eyes…..looks fantastic.

This is Noelle….isn’t she beautiful…we forgot to get the before…..so here is the after. Her wedding is October 16th…will be here before you know it.

This is our sweet Lordes. She is getting married in August, although we have had the pleasure of seeing her a few times for engagement photos, her shower…it has been great.

Lordes has to decide between the up or half up……what do you think? The wedding will be at the Jonathan Club in Santa Monica.

Lordes chose to take advantage of Design Visage’s rent a headpiece….she will wear this beautiful piece for a fraction of the cost……check it out.

Here is the story: Yun met Shenyuan in China when they were in college. Shenyuan had a crush on Yun, although he knew his friend did as well…so nothing happened. Yun went to the U.K. for her masters. She was alone and lonely, Shenyuan called frequently! He made a trip to the U.K. and begin to pursue Yun. 5 months later they were engaged. Yun returned to China where Shenyuan came to visit a few times, even though it was risky for his U.S. return. But she was worth it!!! My husband is from Italy, I understand first hand the immigration challenge. Well as you can see it all worked out, and Design Visage had the pleasure of being a part of the wedding. Take a look at our dear friends wedding.

So this is the last part of flowers for now, tomorrow I am going to the bridal market in Las Vegas to see and purchase all the new new new fun bridal hair accessories. I saw a preview and flowers are IN, so next month when I receive the products we will do a photo shoot and post for all of you to see. Today we have some great stuff.

As you can see in the 3 days we demonstrated so many types of looks with flowers. Yesterday I dropped into Barnes and Noble (my secret hideaway) and found a nice surprise…Design Visage had brides featured in 2 magazines “Ceremony” and “The Knot”. We often have have our brides in the magazines, but it is quite fun to be thumbing through and wow…see familiar faces. I will certainly put them up on a future blog to share with you. Now today lets talk more about flowers. As I mentioned, their is nothing more feminine than a beautiful girl in white with flower in her flowing hair.

Take a notice of the hair jewels entwined with the flowers…this is a modern take on hair accessory..it combines the sparkle of crystal with the flow of a flower…best of both worlds.

 Petal hairpins are made with natural rose petals that have been hand-painted and preserved to last forever. Made on a handcrafted Silver or gold pin. Very unique for the bride or bridesmaids.
