Next Exit Photography/Wedding Hair and Make-Up/Graystone Manner

You may remember Leanne, our ballerina….refresh your memory with this post.

Well here are the wedding photos, and I have to say I am not sure I have ever seen a happier bride. Smile Smile Smile. Next Exit Photography did an amazing job of capturing the emotions.

Bridal Hairstyle:

Leanne has a lot of soft fine hair and she wanted to wear it in a half updo, so Dana her Design Visage artist curled all her hair and softly pinned pieces up on the side.
Dana finger brushed the curls and added fresh flowers, 2 on one side and one on the other..beautiful

Bridal Make-up:

To bring out Leanne’s pretty brown eyes, Dana applied soft plums in a contour and on the lid, a little shimmer on the brow bone with a cream tone
Lips and blush were a rosy rose tone, this accuented Leanne’s lovely skin tone….just enough is the key

Here is my shot…..bride and dad….so tender.

Look how much fun they are having…..this is a good wedding.

Tattoo Brides

I just came across this great site…..off beat brides….I love it….so many fun fun brides and looks, we do not see much of this in the O.C., although if you are a future bride and love one of these looks and plan to do an offbeat look….please call Design Visage, The first one to call, we will do your hair and make-up free….yes free.

I remember years ago, more than 20 when a bride had a tattoo, she would quietly ask us to cover it. And it was typically about the size of a quarter…or a bit bigger….wow have times changed. Now it is part of the bridal look……..take a look at this art:

How fun was that? The creativity on the bridal hair and make-up was interesting, and great to see that we are not all alike…..viva la difference!!

Always be a first rate version of yourself, and not a second rate version of someone else.

Another week of fun brides…..seems like all the 09 brides have decided to get married in the second part of the year.

Fantastic Hair Decor

We had a great time with this photo shoot. The wonder Steve from Forever Photography was behind the camera, and the lovely Lauren was the talent in front of the camera…..by the way she also did the hair and make-up!! Some great bridal make-up and wedding hairstyles….but check out this great hair fun.

The birdcage veils are such the fashion and so very fun.

The colored veiling and broach is one of my favorite looks…you can find all this on Bridalmode..and many more. Design Visage also has the entire line in our Newport Beach Salon.

Next we see the feathers…..fantastic for bridesmaids, brides and you can wear it again….cute with jeans

Now check out the fabulous headbands, yes elegant enough for the most sophisticated wedding, although cool enough for a night out.

Design Visage/ Joe Photo/ Ceremony Magazine
